Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI)

KMI is designed to restore structural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of “fitting” into your skin. Ida P. Rolf stated that the human being is organized around a vertical line and lives in a gravitational field. The basic premise of KMI is to look at the relationship between the various parts of the body—the head, neck, shoulder, ribcage, pelvis, legs, and feet—and how they are organized around this vertical line.

Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT)

MAT brings together the most advanced therapeutic strategies to relieve and ultimately correct patterns in the body that lead to pain and deterioration. It addresses common orthopedic conditions such as plantar fascitis, scoliosis, sacroiliac pain, rib dysfunction, rotator cuff injuries, various nerve impingement syndromes such as sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel, and forward head postures, to name a few. MAT works to address these persistent pain patterns by mobilizing joints through muscle manipulation.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a technique that uses gentle pressure and subtle energy to relieve pain, release tension, increase mobility, and improve overall function in the body, particularly in the head, neck, and back. By releasing restrictions, CST helps to restore balance to the craniosacral system, which includes the central nervous system. These restrictions may arise due to physical trauma, emotional stressors, or other factors. CST can be used to help manage conditions like chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, scoliosis, and more.
